NINGBO SUPPLY CHAIN INNOVATION INSTITUTE (NSCIIC)
The Ningbo Supply Chain Innovation Institute China (NSCIIC) is an independent, stand-alone, degree-granting academic institution established under Chinese law by the government of Ningbo, China, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Center for Transportation & Logistics (MIT CTL) in partnership for supply chain education and research. NSCIIC aims to become an international center of excellence for research and education in Logistics and Supply Chain Management that actively collaborates with industry and the public sector to develop and disseminate knowledge. The center will provide graduate education, and the first master's students will come in the fall of 2017. The master's degree will be modeled after the MIT Supply Chain Management Program, which grants the Master of Engineering in Logistics degree. There are also plans for a doctoral degree as well as a portfolio of professional courses for executives, to reinforce NSCIIC's connections with corporate partners. CURRICULUM. The MIT Ningbo Supply Chain Management (MNSCM) Program curriculum emphasizes analytical problem solving, leadership, and communication skills. Students must complete core and elective coursework, a master’s thesis, and participate in the International Exchange during January of the second year. Students complete four major phases: course studies, IAP, internship and dissertation.
- Chinese mailand applicants will apply according to the rules and processes required by the Ministry of Education. Starting from registration online in Oct. and on-site verification in Nov. , written exam in Dec. and interview in March or before the written exam, qualified applicants will be enrolled in Sept. 2017

LOCATION. Ningbo is one of China's oldest cities, with a history dating back to 4800 BC. For over two thousand years Ningbo has been known as a trade city and has one of the world's busiest ports.
