About the MIT Global SCALE Network

The MIT Global Supply Chain and Logistics Excellence (SCALE) Network was formed in 2003 with the opening of the Zaragoza Logistics Center (ZLC) in Zaragoza, Spain. It expanded with the opening of the Center for Latin American Logistics Innovation (CLI) in Bogotá, Colombia in 2008, and the creation of the Luxembourg Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LCL) in 2015. The UK Supply Chain and Logistics Excellence (SCALE) Centre formally opened at Loughborough University (UK) in 2024, with its first student cohort in the class of 2026.

Collectively, the MIT Global SCALE Network now includes more than a dozen educational programs (both online and residential), more than 55 academic partners, 80 researchers and faculty, 150 corporate partners, and over 1200 alumni working worldwide.

Career Opportunities

The MIT Supply Chain and Logistics Excellence (SCALE) Network consists of centers located in North America, Europe, and Latin America.

We are looking for world-class researchers, educators, and staff from all career stages, including Postdoctoral fellows, Faculty members, and Directors, to build and strengthen the MIT Global SCALE Network's world-class international research and education programs in the area of transportation, logistics and supply chain management.
